Position: Senior Landscape Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect who will be responsible for leading the design and management of complex projects, working collaboratively with our team of architects, engineers, and designers to create sustainable and functional landscape designs that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading projects from concept to completion, as well as a strong portfolio of innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the design and management of complex landscape architecture projects, including site analysis, conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

-Work collaboratively with our team of architects, engineers, and designers to develop sustainable and functional landscape designs that meet the needs of our clients.

-Develop project budgets and schedules, and manage project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

-Prepare and present project proposals, design concepts, and project status reports to clients and stakeholders.

-Conduct site visits and assessments, analyze site data, and prepare reports and recommendations for clients.

-Develop technical specifications and construction details for landscape construction projects.

-Mentor and supervise junior staff, and provide guidance and direction to the team on project-related issues.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.

-6+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on sustainable and innovative design solutions

-Active PRC Landscape Architect License

-Strong design skills, including experience in site analysis, conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

-Experience in managing complex projects, including developing project budgets and schedules, and managing project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and project status to clients and stakeholders.

-Strong technical skills, including experience in preparing technical specifications and construction details for landscape construction projects.

-Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.

-Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification requirements.

-Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide guidance and direction to junior staff.
